  • White, textured paste or powder acrylic mortar designed for treating joints on Plyrock fiber cement panels by

  • In order to obtain the proper performance in indoor and outdoor uses, this product must be used
    along with the Plyrock joint mesh
  • Presentations: 25 kg (55 lbs.) pails and 5 kg (11 lbs.) (paste) + 4.5 kg (9.9 lbs) bag and 22 kg (48.4 lbs. bag)

USE:
  • The surface must be clean, dry, and free from dust. Any dust or dirt particle must be manually or mechanically removed
  • For DR510 powder mortar, add approximately 6.5 – 7 liters of water per 22 kg (48.4 lb. bag) and mix weel until it is homogeneous (use an electric mixer)
  • Use a 5.9″-wide trowel to apply the paste between the joints. Then, place the Plyrock joint mesh on it. It must be centered and extended along the joint
  • Fully cover the mesh with the mortar -without any excess
  • Remove any residual material
  • Let it dry fully, or wait 24 hours to apply the mortar in order to cover the surfaces and give the final look

  • Coverage is measured under optimal installation and application conditions, which must be verified on site.
    Coverage per 25 kg (55 lbs.) pail: 90 – 112 m
    Coverage per 22 kg (48.4 lbs.) pail: 90 – 100 m
